Angela version 2.0 - Controlling Fate - by jupiter9
Reviewed by : Mr. Cadbury
At this time of night, my brain is a canvas. The thoughts of the previous day are wiped out, my thoughts fade to nothingness; I am primed for some willing subject to come along and etch semi-permanent images into my mind - show me your worlds, show me everything you have to offer.
It's easy enough to accomplish, I'm not a man who is hard to please, all I need is one hook and I'm yours for the taking - here, I'll get the high marks out of my pocket right now as an incentive. Looky here, I'm wafting high 70's to low 80's right in front of your nose. All you have to do is INTEREST ME.
So it comes to pass that Jupiter9 - who allegedly is the inhabitant of a "really nutty world" - takes up the Mr. Cadbury Interest Me Challenge; well met, my dear - let's get on with the show.
As I said before, my brain is a canvas, one which Jupiter9 can leave a living, breathing organic impression on; indelibly touching my own life through her words. Amid all the swishing of the metaphorical paintbrushes, and the jaunty beret that I imagine her wearing whilst doing this, she misses one detail, just so happens to be the one detail that makes the whole - the image that captures your mind.
Oh, there's words, alright. There's thousands of words strung together to form sentences - but her words cannot captivate you, instead you can't even feign interest, electing to take a crash-course in catatonia for at least 10 minutes between entries. Perhaps it's the constant talk of ex's, perhaps it's the little details that come up that make the reading aggravating (like d00d, which wound me up quite considerably).
Couple that with a penchant for internet quizzes and song lyric-quoting - the last refuge of The Damned - and you have managed to create an impression on my mind in invisible ink - one that will last for mere seconds.

She likes Playstation 2's. I have a Playstation 2. This, however, is the only common ground.

Bored me to catatonic states, and while this blissful state of unconciousness was nice, I'd like to have that time back, if it's all the same to you.
